We bring our vehicle here because we expect a good and professional service, and this has not been the case in this past instance. We brought our vehicle to address a concern and we expect good communication, meaning we want everything explained and no hidden surprise fees and such. We get a call that the problem is the condenser, get a quote of over $2,000, and we are expected to pay that fee when we have warranty for that work. We do a whole song and dance and beg to double check our previous history with you all. Then we get a report that another piece is not working. We tell the service representative explicitly that we only want the work done on the condenser, nothing else. We go in-person to check in on the vehicle, only to be told nothing is being done on our car because they are waiting for the other piece to be fixed first. Mind you, none of this was ever communicated with us. We left our vehicle there with the expectation that work was being done on the condenser. When were we going to be told nothing was going to be done? We have jobs to get to, school to go to, etc. We did not leave our car there because we felt like it. We brought our vehicle to check out a concern because it was a necessity. This was such an unprofessional experience, I have never been treated like this before. I am just left thinking if we are a big joke to you all? The experience left a horrible taste in my mouth, and I would appreciate it if we stopped being contacted regarding our visit. I get that people have bad days, but this was beyond acceptable. We lost days of work because of this.

Employees nice and informative 👌. Didn't order parts when was told and had to wait from 8am till 230pm for 1 wheel stud change. Which I thought was a bit much. Part was supposed to be ordered on Friday, then Monday morning they said ordered wrong part, then later that day was told that they didn't order part till Monday morning. Which is it. Other than that everything else was good.

It was the first oil change for my 2025 Colorado. It started with the women who scheduled my service, after a 30 minutes detailed conversation about getting new fobs and remote start added, this was NOT done during the service. Which now required me to come back another day. Second after I picked my truck up after leaving it for a whole day after making and appointment the oil life was still showing to be 70%… I truely don’t know if the oil was even changed or not so I will do it myself. This was one of the worst if not the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealer. It is sad because my family has been loyal customers here for over 25 years but after this experience I will never come back. Thank you.

I would have given them an excellent grade but the tire rotation technician failed to readjust air pressure to the specified front and rear pressures (32F/35R).

Schedule a recall appointment several days before appointment date. When i arrived i was estimated about 1.5 hours for the recall service and the additional fuel filter replacement i added the morning of the appointment. I waited at the dealership for a total of 4 hours and only the fuel filter replacement was completed. They waited 4 hours to tell me they did not have the means to correct my recall. (Front grill lip replacement). Unacceptable. Very disappointed. Most likely will not return.

I took my truck to get serviced cause of a check engine light. I was told it would cost $85 for the diagnostic. I was then called back and told the part was $65 to replace. When I went to pick up my truck my total cost was 424.91 this ridiculous. I then was told my truck would be ready by 6pm and had to wait until 9:20 pm because they had to do an update on my truck and where having issues performing the update

My wife was driving my Tahoe from Dallas back to Houston. My son was with her. The front driver side entire wheel came off the vehicle. Everything broke. Brakes, control arm, spring, axle, all gone. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, Ash Bennett was super helpful and really listened to what we were looking for. We took the car for a test drive, and he paid close attention to my concerns. After that, we sat down to talk numbers. I wasn’t sure about buying that day, but Ash asked, “What can I do to help you make this purchase today?” So we took the car out for another, longer test drive and that sealed the deal for me. We also worked with Gilberto Juarez in the finance department, and he went back and forth to help us get a better deal. I recently purchased a 2020 white V6 Camaro from Monument Chevrolet. It had peanut butter tan leather interior and a sunroof, and I can honestly say this was not just a car purchase. It was the end of a long journey that started in the summer of 2021 and ended with a level of satisfaction I wasn’t sure was still possible in today’s auto market. This specific combination—a V6, white exterior, tan leather interior, and a sunroof—is nearly impossible to find. Most dealerships don’t carry them, and if they do, they rarely last. I later found out the original owner special-ordered it and kept it until trading it in for a truck. That made this a rare find, and I moved on it the moment I saw it listed. My salesperson was Sarah Guerrero, and she was nothing short of exceptional. Her brother, who assisted her, was equally professional and kind. The finance manager and the entire Monument team made what is normally an exhausting and overly complicated process feel tailored, transparent, and respectful of my time and intelligence. To give context, I’m someone who typically avoids dealerships altogether. I already own two cars, and I usually buy cash from private sellers because the dealership experience is often loaded with gimmicks, unnecessary games, and an unfortunate tendency to overtalk buyers out of their own interest. I cannot count the number of times I have walked away from a car I wanted simply because of the dealership’s inability to respect a straightforward transaction. Whether it’s inflated fees, bait-and-switch pricing, or add-ons that magically appear after I’ve fallen in love with the car—I’ve seen it all. That absolutely did not happen at Monument Chevrolet. I didn’t come in to haggle because the price was right. The value was clear, and more importantly, the people were honest. The finance manager went above and beyond. Not only did I not have to put a single dollar down, but he worked the numbers to ensure I could also afford gap insurance, a tire and hazard warranty for two years, and a couple of oil changes. He didn’t try to upsell me on what I didn’t need. He focused on getting me what I valued. And yes, I was financed through a credit union, which I believe allowed me to get an 8.9 percent interest rate. I understand that my credit score at the time—798—did a lot of that work, but the point remains: the process respected the effort I brought to the table and met me with effort of its own. I also want to acknowledge a small but meaningful gesture that stood out. Since I drove to the dealership alone, Sarah and her brother followed me home and helped get my new car into my garage. That was personal, and it mattered. The entire experience was smooth, memorable, and uniquely aligned with my values. It was suggested I wait for a short while. They wanted to see if they could find the problem quickly. Long story short, I ended up waiting 5 1/2 hours. Part had to be ordered. They gave my car back. Had used 1/4 of a tank of gas. When you turn the car off, a cooling fan under the hood comes on & stays on for approximately 15 min each time time the car is started. Also, seems to be hesitating & surging when driving it. Have been waiting 6 days now for the part that was ordered to come in.

Our traverse triggered the Check Engine warning light. We brought it in and discovered that a repair covered under a special warranty needed to be done. The work was done, and we picked up the car. The Check Engine light remained on after driving fifty miles or more. We called the service department. We were told they failed to plug something back in and to bring the car back. We did, and it was quickly done. I then took the car for an oil change and was informed that the cap to the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was missing. I called the service department again and was told that the cap broke when they check the level during initial repair work, but failed to replace it or let me know. Furthermore, if I were to come back, they would replace it at no charge. They did. I'm very glad they were honest with me and made everything right. However, I had to make three trips because they were careless in the process.

I recently went for an oil change and tire rotation. (Approx. A week ago) My appointment was at 10:30 i arrived at 9:30 since I had to return to work and do other errands that day. At 11:30 I was told that there was an issue on my tire and I needed to pay to get it fixed. I did not receive my car until 5:30 of that day making me call off of work and Uber to and from my other errands. However, the last appointment before this recent one, I went for an oil change and tire rotation and I was told I had the exact same issue. I paid that time. And now this recent time they were telling me I had the exact same problem on the exact same tire. So In other words, they did NOT fix the issue i supposedly had eventhough I paid for it. The agent actually advised me that it was dangerous to drive that way. And this was all unbeknownst to me since I trusted the services to be done. They did not charge me again for ACTUALLY doing the labor this time. And NOW my steering wheel is shaking so I have to return to monument, today actually, to see what the issue is. Since my steering wheel was NOT doing this before my service. And AGAIN the last time I was here for the tire rotation and oil change I had the SAME issue to my steering wheel it wasn't until my "stabila track" light came on that they realized what they did and they fixed it without charging me AGAIN. I do NOT except nor will I pay for them to diagnose my car to see what the issue is since you/the service department was at fault for not doing things properly.

We recently bought a used vehicle from Bayway Chrysler Dodge Jeep. After purchasing, we noticed issues with the transmission. Yay, I say in my sarcastic voice. Luckily the vehicle came with a warranty. Driving home from across town a few weeks ago, the truck starting acting up and left me stranded. Had to get it towed so we towed it to the nearest Chevrolet dealership to our home, Monument. Angela did her work on getting the warranty information and getting my truck worked on and repaired in a timely manner. My truck was fixed and ready to be picked up exactly two weeks after the initial drop off. Replaced the transmission and now my truck is running like a brand new vehicle. I'm so happy I chose to go with Monument, as they have always had a good reputation. Now I see why!

I went to get an Oil Change and a Bolt put on a Running Board...and they ordered the "Bolt" back in July and I was not able to get to the dealership until my next Oil Change. Well, they did not know where the Bolt was and had to Reorder the Part and then I waited 3 Plus Hours for an Oil Change because the Service Advisor states they forgot to do the Oil Change, and my 2025 Chevy Tahoe was just sitting there and they were on it now.

The truck was fixed, number four cylinder needed a new coil, spark plug and wire, with an oil change. this appointment was Monday at 8am. I asked the service tech, if it was going to be looked at and she advised me yes. I asked the question because last time it was brought in for the same thing with an appointment, it was kept for two day before being looked at. service person called Tuesday to tell me that they fourth problem. I called or text wed morning to check on the status and never got a return phone call from her. Finally at 2@0pm on Wednesday I decided to get a ride up there to check on it. my service person wasn't around and the gentleman directly next to her was very polite and helped me nd answered the few questions that I had. He advised me that the vehicle was ready. I paid and left. not very pleased at all with the way I was treated. This dealership is close to my location; however I think I will find another. I just don't understand appointment at 8 on a Monday and vehicle not even looked at til late Tuesday when she called me. I know one client won't matter to y'all but I can be treated better by someone else, im sure. The truck was fixed though.

It was 4 days after turning in my car for 1 code before I decided to call back for an update. I told Cristi I wouldn’t be doing the repairs there so I figured she should’ve understood to close up the ticket log. No, 45 min before I arrived to get my car later in the day, Scott who was more helpful, tells me they need to switch my battery? I never had a battery problem. Now I’m getting charged for 2 diagnostics. The balding older Caucasian lady I’m guessing she’s supposed a receptionist at the service center? Totally rude and unhelpful. Looked irritated I even asked her anything. I finally picked up my car Tuesday to take it elsewhere. Cristi is like 1 day behind with the case. I’ve been there before and never had such a lousy experience. Scott was at least able to catch me up but he couldn’t release my car that day because everybody else had gone home so he didn’t know if my car was still open…I won’t be coming back.

I was sold a car that had AC issues within 1 week of buying from yall. So I had to pay $1450 right off the gate. After the fix my car was making a noise and then all the warnings came on and the serpentine belt fell and I was left stranded. The only great thing that has happened was the quick response of Ms Aguirre she got my car towed and brought to the dealer and fixed always staying in contact with me.
