We bring our vehicle here because we expect a good and professional service, and this has not been the case in this past instance. We brought our vehicle to address a concern and we expect good communication, meaning we want everything explained and no hidden surprise fees and such. We get a call that the problem is the condenser, get a quote of over $2,000, and we are expected to pay that fee when we have warranty for that work. We do a whole song and dance and beg to double check our previous history with you all. Then we get a report that another piece is not working. We tell the service representative explicitly that we only want the work done on the condenser, nothing else. We go in-person to check in on the vehicle, only to be told nothing is being done on our car because they are waiting for the other piece to be fixed first. Mind you, none of this was ever communicated with us. We left our vehicle there with the expectation that work was being done on the condenser. When were we going to be told nothing was going to be done? We have jobs to get to, school to go to, etc. We did not leave our car there because we felt like it. We brought our vehicle to check out a concern because it was a necessity. This was such an unprofessional experience, I have never been treated like this before. I am just left thinking if we are a big joke to you all? The experience left a horrible taste in my mouth, and I would appreciate it if we stopped being contacted regarding our visit. I get that people have bad days, but this was beyond acceptable. We lost days of work because of this.

Part was supposed to be ordered on Friday, then Monday morning they said ordered wrong part, then later that day was told that they didn't order part till Monday morning. Which is it. Other than that everything else was good.

It was the first oil change for my 2025 Colorado. It started with the women who scheduled my service, after a 30 minutes detailed conversation about getting new fobs and remote start added, this was NOT done during the service. Which now required me to come back another day. Second after I picked my truck up after leaving it for a whole day after making and appointment the oil life was still showing to be 70%… I truely don’t know if the oil was even changed or not so I will do it myself. This was one of the worst if not the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealer. It is sad because my family has been loyal customers here for over 25 years but after this experience I will never come back. Thank you.

I arrived at least 30 min early but they worked me in, advising of a possible 2 hour wait. My truck was ready after only an hour so I was very pleased with their promptness. I would have given them an excellent grade but the tire rotation technician failed to readjust air pressure to the specified front and rear pressures (32F/35R).

Everything was excellent from the time I arrived to the time I picked my truck up.

Schedule a recall appointment several days before appointment date. When i arrived i was estimated about 1.5 hours for the recall service and the additional fuel filter replacement i added the morning of the appointment. I waited at the dealership for a total of 4 hours and only the fuel filter replacement was completed. They waited 4 hours to tell me they did not have the means to correct my recall. (Front grill lip replacement). Unacceptable. Very disappointed. Most likely will not return.

I come in for my regular oil change I heard a noise up under the bottom of the truck they said it was a stabilizer and they had it fixed it no time

Went there with check engine light on on my silverado the gentleman that received my truck saw the light on in the dashboard but a the time my truck was checked by the technician the next day the light was off and nothing wrong was found on it but I was charged $84.00 for technician time anyway and y don't appreciate that

I took my truck to get serviced cause of a check engine light. I was told it would cost $85 for the diagnostic. I was then called back and told the part was $65 to replace. When I went to pick up my truck my total cost was 424.91 this ridiculous. I then was told my truck would be ready by 6pm and had to wait until 9:20 pm because they had to do an update on my truck and where having issues performing the update

Made an appointment 715am didn’t matter though my car didn’t get looked at til late afternoon then was told the couldn’t complete the diagnostics to bring back on Monday. Vacuumed all the Freon out and did not replace my 2 caps.

My wife was driving my Tahoe from Dallas back to Houston. My son was with her. The front driver side entire wheel came off the vehicle. Everything broke. Brakes, control arm, spring, axle, all gone. Nick was able to navigate my extended warranty to ensure my vehicle was repaired. He also let me know of some other items that needed repair. I was appreciative of that.

We put a deposit on a Trax that was in transit. It did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but we were constantly updated so no big deal. Then when it did arrive everything was extremely smooth. All thanks to Abe and the Monument team!

Took a bit longer than expected for an oil change with the first appointment of the morning. I also don’t understand when I get my tires rotated how the technicians do not check the air pressure. This is the second time my tires have been rotated that this has happened. Just seems lazy in the technicians side.

The inspection and oil change I needed was done, I was able to drop my car off and be taken back to my house (so I could continue to work from home) and then picked up when my car was done. waited two hours for nothing to get done on my vehicle and when i got it back two cables under the drivers side were not connected back together at all and were just left loosely hanging down. after two hours you would think they would have at least done the bare minimum to put it back the way they found it.

As soon as we arrived at the dealership, Ash Bennett was super helpful and really listened to what we were looking for. We took the car for a test drive, and he paid close attention to my concerns. After that, we sat down to talk numbers. I wasn’t sure about buying that day, but Ash asked, “What can I do to help you make this purchase today?” So we took the car out for another, longer test drive and that sealed the deal for me. We also worked with Gilberto Juarez in the finance department, and he went back and forth to help us get a better deal. In the end, both Ash and Gilberto made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We drove away with a great SUV and a great deal!

Car was returned to me with only 2 quarts of oil and was not informed of how low it was. Was told it was my fly chain that needed to be replaced that was just replaced 20,000 miles ago and it turned out I only needed an oil change.

I took my vehicle in for a radio update, after they ensure me that something like that would only take a few minutes, no appointments necessary, just bring it early on the morning, four days later...update successful! Four days for a radio update!

I explained my issue was occurring and needed an actual repair tech to assess the problem but was told one wasn’t available. When the service rep called to tell me the issue couldn’t be replicated I was told to bring my car back when the issue was happening. My issue was not fixed, but other issues were coincidentally found.

I had an appointment set for Tuesday. The second I pulled up there was someone there to help me with my problem. I had to drop off my car and they shuttled me home for free. Great service.

Service advisor was great. But waited a long long time even with appointment. Also they didn't even check the air on the tires. Or wash the car. The car washing is ok i understand not every dealer does that. But the air on the tires? Comon man.

We had arranged a carrier to deliver our 2021 Suburban to the dealership after speaking with Nick in the service department. The only thing disappointing is that vehicle was received, but we weren't notified. I called and got confirmation that it had arrived and had already been diagnosed of the issue. We approved what seemed like a very fair price. We picked it up that same evening thanks to the late hours of the service dept. The folks that we dealt with at Monument were all friendly and we appreciate their good services.

My truck engine was checked to see if my engine needed replacing. The test results indicated to GM that my engine did not need replacing at this time. I hope it never needs replacing but the added extended warranty does help.

It was suggested I wait for a short while. They wanted to see if they could find the problem quickly. Long story short, I ended up waiting 5 1/2 hours. Part had to be ordered. They gave my car back. Had used 1/4 of a tank of gas. When you turn the car off, a cooling fan under the hood comes on & stays on for approximately 15 min each time time the car is started. Also, seems to be hesitating & surging when driving it. Have been waiting 6 days now for the part that was ordered to come in.

At the beginning everything was good they spoke to me and explained but once they return my keys there was no explaining at all to why my lights to the airbags are now on. Went in for the change of airbag because of the recall and came back with the red light airbag on.

My truck stalled and would not restart, had it towed to the dealership service department, after testing they replaced the generator, The truck is starting and running fine now.

Service employees under qualified. My vehicle was in the service bay for a month with no employee able to diagnose the issue or recommend a repair. Service advisors, shop foreman and manager didn’t communicate well unless initiated by phone calls and visits to the property to ask for information. Always a pleasure having Monument service my vehicles.

Our traverse triggered the Check Engine warning light. We brought it in and discovered that a repair covered under a special warranty needed to be done. The work was done, and we picked up the car. The Check Engine light remained on after driving fifty miles or more. We called the service department. We were told they failed to plug something back in and to bring the car back. We did, and it was quickly done. I then took the car for an oil change and was informed that the cap to the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was missing. I called the service department again and was told that the cap broke when they check the level during initial repair work, but failed to replace it or let me know. Furthermore, if I were to come back, they would replace it at no charge. They did. I'm very glad they were honest with me and made everything right. However, I had to make three trips because they were careless in the process.

I recently went for an oil change and tire rotation. (Approx. A week ago) My appointment was at 10:30 i arrived at 9:30 since I had to return to work and do other errands that day. At 11:30 I was told that there was an issue on my tire and I needed to pay to get it fixed. I did not receive my car until 5:30 of that day making me call off of work and Uber to and from my other errands. However, the last appointment before this recent one, I went for an oil change and tire rotation and I was told I had the exact same issue. I paid that time. And now this recent time they were telling me I had the exact same problem on the exact same tire. So In other words, they did NOT fix the issue i supposedly had eventhough I paid for it. The agent actually advised me that it was dangerous to drive that way. And this was all unbeknownst to me since I trusted the services to be done. They did not charge me again for ACTUALLY doing the labor this time. And NOW my steering wheel is shaking so I have to return to monument, today actually, to see what the issue is. Since my steering wheel was NOT doing this before my service. And AGAIN the last time I was here for the tire rotation and oil change I had the SAME issue to my steering wheel it wasn't until my "stabila track" light came on that they realized what they did and they fixed it without charging me AGAIN. I do NOT except nor will I pay for them to diagnose my car to see what the issue is since you/the service department was at fault for not doing things properly.

We recently bought a used vehicle from Bayway Chrysler Dodge Jeep. After purchasing, we noticed issues with the transmission. Yay, I say in my sarcastic voice. Luckily the vehicle came with a warranty. Driving home from across town a few weeks ago, the truck starting acting up and left me stranded. Had to get it towed so we towed it to the nearest Chevrolet dealership to our home, Monument. Angela did her work on getting the warranty information and getting my truck worked on and repaired in a timely manner. My truck was fixed and ready to be picked up exactly two weeks after the initial drop off. Replaced the transmission and now my truck is running like a brand new vehicle. I'm so happy I chose to go with Monument, as they have always had a good reputation. Now I see why!

Charge to much

Everyone was very helpful and friendly! I have already recommended the dealership to several people.

I went to get an Oil Change and a Bolt put on a Running Board...and they ordered the "Bolt" back in July and I was not able to get to the dealership until my next Oil Change. Well, they did not know where the Bolt was and had to Reorder the Part and then I waited 3 Plus Hours for an Oil Change because the Service Advisor states they forgot to do the Oil Change, and my 2025 Chevy Tahoe was just sitting there and they were on it now.

Jess was our sale person she was WONDERFUL and I will tell you why she was a wonderful salesperson. My works husband work out of town and I was going to see him that weekend October 3 or 4, 2025 I asked him can we go and look at some cars and he was like ok so when we drove up it was 820ish late we thinking the dealership is closed so we wanted to look around without a salesperson coming asking all those questions. But anyway Jess approached us so freaky friendly and she was asking the salesperson question we was like its late you can go home we just looking and she was like no I an not going home until I sell you a vehicle. So we all started talking and she was like I can open a car for you right now we was oh no we don't want you to go back and forth and she was no problem we was oh really. Jess opened all the equinox for us I only had to be cautious of the amount of vehicles because I had a budget and couldn't go over it and I found my vehicle with everything in it and for the price I was comfortable spending. I would like to THANK YOU JESS FOR THE MARVELOUSLY JOB YOU DONE FOR US!!!. Jess work with us she had us when she told us she was going to stay out here to help us get into a vehicle she was straightforward with everything and we loved it. The truck was fixed, number four cylinder needed a new coil, spark plug and wire, with an oil change. this appointment was Monday at 8am. I asked the service tech, if it was going to be looked at and she advised me yes. I asked the question because last time it was brought in for the same thing with an appointment, it was kept for two day before being looked at. service person called Tuesday to tell me that they fourth problem. I called or text wed morning to check on the status and never got a return phone call from her. Finally at 2@0pm on Wednesday I decided to get a ride up there to check on it. my service person wasn't around and the gentleman directly next to her was very polite and helped me nd answered the few questions that I had. He advised me that the vehicle was ready. I paid and left. not very pleased at all with the way I was treated. This dealership is close to my location; however I think I will find another. I just don't understand appointment at 8 on a Monday and vehicle not even looked at til late Tuesday when she called me. I know one client won't matter to y'all but I can be treated better by someone else, im sure. The truck was fixed though.

I purchased an service package and every visit I have to bring proof of it and argue about covered items. This makes the service experience extremely bad. Don't you keep any records? Don't you create a profile of your customers so they don't have to repeat things to you every single time?

Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Got to the service dept and was told I didNOT have an appointment. When Brandon got off the phone, he said they would take care of it. He walked outside with me and said for me to wait in the lounge area. He had the oil changed and tires rotated within an hour.

The staff does not communicate well with status of the vehicle. All service advisors appear to be inconvenienced when asking for help. It is very unfortunate, I have been a loyal customer of this location for years and have never had this issue before.

It was 4 days after turning in my car for 1 code before I decided to call back for an update. I told Cristi I wouldn’t be doing the repairs there so I figured she should’ve understood to close up the ticket log. No, 45 min before I arrived to get my car later in the day, Scott who was more helpful, tells me they need to switch my battery? I never had a battery problem. Now I’m getting charged for 2 diagnostics. The balding older Caucasian lady I’m guessing she’s supposed a receptionist at the service center? Totally rude and unhelpful. Looked irritated I even asked her anything. I finally picked up my car Tuesday to take it elsewhere. Cristi is like 1 day behind with the case. I’ve been there before and never had such a lousy experience. Scott was at least able to catch me up but he couldn’t release my car that day because everybody else had gone home so he didn’t know if my car was still open…I won’t be coming back.

I little to no wait time for to receive service to my vehicle.

Even though traffic problems made me 20 min. late for my appointment, the Service Dept. still completed my oil change and tire rotation in about an hour.

David was an amazing salesman. He was very patient and transparent. He walked me through the process and had me in and out within three hours!

I was sold a car that had AC issues within 1 week of buying from yall. So I had to pay $1450 right off the gate. After the fix my car was making a noise and then all the warnings came on and the serpentine belt fell and I was left stranded. The only great thing that has happened was the quick response of Ms Aguirre she got my car towed and brought to the dealer and fixed always staying in contact with me. Thank you to her for her quick response.
